Melaka

Zaher had a business trip in Melaka. I joined him towards the tail end of his trip for an extended stay in Melaka.

Land Below the Wind

August 1995

It was My first trip to Borneo. Zaher & I coincided our work trip so that we can extend our stay for a delayed honeymoon in Kota Kinabalu.
We went to the Manukan Island in the Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park.

The Beginning

May 1993

I reluctantly agreed to go to Holiday Inn City on behalf of my boss. The English Theatre Group is in town to Perform "Anna Karenina" at Dewan DBKL. As one of their sponsors, Central Market was invited to attend the Pre-Opening Party.

Managed to get my colleague to come with me. He agreed because he has a friend working there whom he can hangout with if it gets boring.

That's when I met you. The Friend.

You were charming, witty, attractive.

You : So you're the new PR person in CM. I applied for the job.
Me (smugly) : Well, the Best Woman Wins.

We talked about the Theatre, about the complimentary seats we got, and who got the better seats.

I left, thinking about you..... the whole night.

Growing Old Together

I got this on FB last night. Its a beutiful song. I take it as a sign for me to start working on this blog, which I've been meaning to do for a while.
