Woke up from a disturbing dream at 5am yesterday. Getting a bit of separation anxiety attack as Kamil is leaving on AFS exchange for 2 months in Italy. My baby is growing up too fast! Didn't help when I saw a horrible road accident in the morning. Hectic day at work and got home feeling so drained.

Poured all my worries out to Zaher and suddenly I felt a lot better. 

Heard this song on my way to work, and thought about how blessed I am to have my bestfriend as my life partner. Once the kids leave home, it will just be us. Here's for you babe!

I saw this posting on one of my friend's fb status, and i thought... "hey, that's Zaher!" Looking back, I realized that i have been truly lucky to have Zaher by my side through out all ups and downs, never letting me down. He's been my pillar of strength, my conscience, my critic, my mentor, my punching bag, my sparring partner, my inspiration, my guidance and many, many more. 

Zaher, this is for you babe. Thank you for the arms that held me at my weakest, eyes that saw me at my ugliest and heart that love me at my worst. I love you.

Happy Birthday!!

No breakfast in bed from me for my darling's Birthday today as I'm posting this from the hospital. Dinah had her appendics out yesterday and she is now recuperating well.

So I thought this is the best time to re-cap one of the most memorable Birthday we had in Janda Baik in 2011!

It started Performance - everyone had to perform and be silly. Naturally, there are awards to be given after!

And continued with a Treasure Hunt for him to collect all his presents.

Music & lyrics does not move me like it does Zaher. It's always a challenge to get the right song whenever I do a video for him. I would search through you tubes for a suitable song, but most of the time, there'll be one word, one phrase, or one line that's not quite right. I believe in destiny, some things are just meant to be. While out karaokeing with my family over the weekend, someone sang this song. Every single word spoke of exactly what I've been trying to say to Zaher. It's a sign. Everything just fall into place for this video. Happy Anniversary darling.

During out first meeting , we compared seats, and it turned out that you got the better seats at the Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, where Anna Karenina was to be performed. You said you had a hot date for that night.

The play was very good. I also got to check you and your "hot date" out that night.

While I was driving to work this morning, this song came on the radio. I'm not much of a song person, but the first few words caught my ears,

And I thought that was how I was before I met Zaher.
